Hikes are usually of 14-20 km but inside Kathmandu valley almost all hiking are of 16-17 km and it will take you 6-7 hours walk to complete your hiking.

At early morning we will gather in front of provident fund office at Thamel and start our adventurous drive towards Sankhu which takes about 35 mins to reach there.We will stop for few minutes for breakfast and start our hiking. Walking for 5 hours in the pleasant forest and crossing the traditional villages we will reach the beautiful hill station Nagarkot from where we can have the 180 degree view of the Himalayan ranges. After watching the sun set in Nagarkot we will be back to Kathmandu which takes around 1 hour drive.
