Well, we fly from the height of 2130 m above sea level.

How risk is the paragliding?

It's not as risky as we think though it's an adventure.

Does Paragliding cover insurance of the passenger?

Yes, of course, paragliding covers insurance of the passenger and pilot both.

What is the pickup time?

We begin our first pick up from 7 to 7.30 am.

No, lunch is not included. You need to pay extra for lunch

What type of clothes should we wear in paragliding?

Actually there is no restriction on clothes. But do wear flexible clothes, sports shoes preferred, sunglasses.

How experienced is the pilot?

Our pilots are well experiences with more than 7 years of experience in Tandem

No, you don't need to be experienced.

It was my first experience with Kathmandu Paragliding. Flying over Godawari, in the evening was really an exciting thrill activity, I have ever done in my life. I was so eagerly waiting for the moment to fly over Godawari. Finally, the time arrived to fly, I was Lil scary to attempt at first, but Mr.Tikkam Tikka, the pilot made me feel so comfortable with his instructions. Running for a while through the take-off point Chapakarkha(2100 meter from the sea-level) took up high in the sky leaving the ground below. And I had no other words rather than"Oh my God! I am flying so high".The views of Kathmandu Valley, the Botanical Garden and the green jungles below us looked so beautiful. The acrobats in the middle made the flight more thrilling and at that time, I was just questioning "Is it the wind or something else?"The mesmerizing moment, I witnessed was the beautiful sunset during my flight. Overall, my flying experience with Kathmandu Paragliding was so amazing and I would to thanks Mr. Tikkam Tikka for the wonderful flight. If you are willing to do paragliding, make sure you do it at least once in Godawari. It's only 13 km drive from the Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu.
