You need to wear light clothes and wind cheater during summer. Whereas warm clothes and gloves for winter and sports shoes or any other foot protective shoes are compulsory for flight.

Breathtaking Experience This was my second time to try paragliding. Shankarapur Paragliding is fly from Deurali, Lapsifedi, Sankhu. Their pilots are professional and bare in mind they are the pioneers of paragliding in Kathmandu Valley. Bijay (The Pilot) is very patient telling all the instructions. He made me feel very safe. Friendly reminder~ just go for a very very light breakfast before the jump or totally skip it if u can. I ended up puking after the jump.
