Do we need to reserve?

Yes, you need to reserve 24 hr before to conform your seat. As in the season it's very difficult to get the seat.

Do i need to know swimming?

No, you don't need to know swimming. We provide you the life jacket.

What if i fall in the water?

You don't need to worry if you fall in the water. There will be our rescue team in case any problem.And also you will be protected with the life jacket we have provided you.

What should I bring and wear?

Take a set of extra cloths with you as you need to change after rafting.

Is rafting safe for non-swimmer?

Yes, it's safe for non-swimmer as well.

Is there guide in raft?

Yes, there is a highly professional guide in every raft who will guide you properly.

How far is the rafting area from the city?

The distance of rafting area 81 km from Kathmandu city which takes around 3 hrs drive by bus.

Do you provide group rate?

Yes we do provide group rate. You can contact if you are in group of 10pax.

Can i bring my camera with me?

Yes, of course you can bring your camera with you in your own risk. It would be good if you bring water proof camera.

What is included in the trip?

In the trip you will be provided with 2 way transport, lunch, breakfast and rafting.

What is the cancellation policy?

Well, for the cancellation 25% of the total amount will be charged before 24 hour. After 25 Hour no refund will be made.

Are there any age limits?

Yes, age less than 7 years are strictly prohibited for the rafting.

Although, Trishuli is not the most inspiring river for rafting in Nepal, is very much popular several reasons-it is close to Kathmandu and for a cheap bus ride you can be on the river in hours if a warm-up is what you need on arrival in Nepal. The major road running along side it is for most people, a down marker. It however provide's easy access to transport to the villages along the way. For a family trip it provides a less serious and committing adventure than many of the other rivers.

Payment is supposed to be made two days before the trip date. Last moment booking are available with full cash payment only if we have enough space available.

Refunds:

Refunds are not made for unused services or last minute (less than 24 hours) cancellations. Cancellation one day before the activity date will incur 50% cancellation charge, whereas cancellation two days or more before the activity date will incur 15% cancellation charge.
