Payment Conditions as follow:
As per our company rules, for the booking of the trip, the clients have to deposit 25% of the total cost to our company account after agreement made with the company before 120 days, 50% of the total cost before 60 days and remaining 25% of the total cost on the arrival. If a trip is booked within the period of 60 days before it commences, the full payment has to be made at the time of booking the trip.
1) Mode of payment:
Final payments and deposits are to be made via wire transfers or by Visa or MasterCard. However please note that the bank charges a commission of 4 % on all payments made by Visa or MasterCard which has to be borne by the clients. Local payment or other on the spot expenses has to be made on the day of your arrival in cash or traveler's check.
In the event that you want to transfer from one trip to another or change departure dates, you must inform us in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of the trip.
The trip will be considered as canceled if the final and local payment is not received when due. No refunds will be made for unused trip arrangements - transportations, hotel accommodations, meals, sightseeing, trek days and others once the trip commences.
Payment of deposit will be regarded as an agreement to all the terms and conditions of the company.
2) Cancellation:
Cancellation charge will be levied as follows:
1. 120 - 91 days: 10% of trip cost
2. 90 - 46 days: 25% of trip cost
3. 45 - 16 days: 50% of trip cost
4. 15 days or less: 75% of trip cost
